25 years at the cutting table
La Maison Du Rêve was founded in Nottingham in 2023 by Mustafa Tajik, a tailor and dressmaker with 25 years of professional experience. His story began at a young age in a family tailoring workshop, where he learned the discipline behind beautifully constructed suits, jackets and dresses. Years at the cutting table shaped a deep understanding of pattern, proportion and fit.
Opening his first atelier was the next chapter of a much bigger dream: bringing meticulous craftsmanship and personal service together in one welcoming Nottingham studio. Mustafa listens carefully, explains every option honestly and treats each garment as individual, from delicate bridal pieces to complex redesigns and structured tailoring.

A studio, not a production line
Appointments take place at 6 Kings Walk, just moments from Nottingham city centre. The studio is calm, welcoming and focused on the garment in front of us. Bespoke commissions move through consultation, measurement, pattern cutting, toile, fittings and final construction.
